MOTION
With a built in motion sensor your doorbell can detect any activity at your front door and is completely customizable with “Motion Zones”. Motion Zone settings allow you to define a specific area that you want your video doorbell to cover while ignoring everything outside that area. By selecting your motion zones to exclude frequently accessed areas such as public paths and roads, you can reduce the number of “false positive” motion alerts, such as cars driving by, and greatly increase the effectiveness of your Ring doorbell experience.
RECEIVE NOTIFICATION
Once there is a motion detected you will receive an alert any way you like. The first type is a “Ring Alert”.
Whenever someone presses the button on your Ring Doorbell, an Alert is sent to your smartphone, tablet, PC or even your compatible Samsung Smart TV. The second type of alert is a motion alert which is detected through the built in motion sensor. Both of these alerts can be received on your mobile phone, any where in the world, giving you peace of mind when you are away from home. This also works with your Amazon Echo too.
